The Vans Pit Party went down at Clarke's bar in Bree Street. People came to see two man teams, skate against each other on the mini ramp. The session before the comp started was quite chaotic, people skated into each other and boards flew into the crowd. Through the whole event there was positive vibe and everybody got stoked on each others skating.
The skate scene is growing rapidly in Cape Town and I hope to see more events like The Pit Party take place in the future. ▲
